My background
Beth Godwin runs her own business as a Life and Small Business coach and a Reiki Healer. She also is a part time lecturer in the Management School at the University of Waikato, where she taught for many years on a full time basis. Beth is passionate about what she does and believes that everyone has the right to be free to be the person they were born to be. She supports her clients to achieve their dreams, and to live and enjoy the quality of life they truly want, through her coaching and Reiki.
Beth’s passions and interests other than coaching and Reiki are connecting with family and friends, her animals, including her horses, quilting, felting and travel. She believes we need to be fit and healthy in order to live our lives to the fullest and to this end she walks every day, does Pilates at least once a week, cycles when she gets the chance and eats intuitively.
At present Beth is combining her passion of working with people and her love of horses, in doing an apprenticeship with Kathy Pike of Coaching With Horses in a yearlong study program. On completion of this in early 2011, she will be able to work with clients to facilitate change and personal growth through the way of the horse.
