My background

I am a riding instructor who originally learned Emotional Freedom Technique in order to help clients who had fear or insecurity issues with their horses or riding. I needed a way to help them past the trauma of accidents and falls, and EFT was perfect for addressing fear, anger, guilt, lack of confidence and many other negative emotions. I quickly found that EFT would also be great for me (!), and along the way have been helping many non-horse people too. I can help get rid of associations with any past trauma or accident, pain (often linked to our emotions), confidence issues, and any negative emotions / bad feelings that are holding you back from fulfilling your true potential and moving on with your life. One EFT session can banish long term negative emotions permanently, and leave you feeling lighter and more positive; plus you will learn the basic technique to enable you to continue on your own.

Trisha is a vegetarian, loves veggie gardening and aims to be as self-sufficient as possible. She teaches horses and their owners how to Connect better - with themselves and each other - by increasing body awareness and improving posture and self-carriage. She lives on an organic farm at Te Miro, 12km from Cambridge.
