My background

After travelling through 90 different countries and observing the poverty in developing nations, I became fascinated by world nutrition and the plight of the undernourished. With my own history of chemical poisoning I researched intently which created an immense interest in whole foods and deficiencies/toxicities causing chronic ailments.

Returning home to the large organic garden where I was born, I followed Hippocrates legendary quote "let food be your medicine and medicine be your food". My health improved, yet strategic supplementation gave me back my energy, vigour, sound sleep and freedom from chronic problems.

Today I run COBDEN Homestead (Centre Of Balance, Direction, Energy & Nutrition) in Hamilton for health, healing and inspirational talks and workshops. The 100 year old Heritage Home is on a one acre organic property surrounded by tall trees.and established gardens.

I am also a distributor for MAX International (Glutathione accelerator health products).
